DAILY PRESENTATIONS at 10:30am
Ombudsman services investigate and resolve complaints by individuals and small businesses. Their services are free, fair and independent. They help with complaints about poor service, delays, financial hardship and also identify systemic issues. In this session you will hear from AFCA – Australia’s Financial Ombudsman, and EWOQ – the Queensland Energy & Water Ombudsman, who are visiting to talk about what their services do and how they can help.
